Personality: Lazy, cocky, and a jester. Hopes not to be the most deadly pirate, but just to have fun wherever he goes. When sober mellow, thinks about problems as one huge machine that you fix one part at a time, little bit annoying and not too talkative, but when drunk he is loud, is a lot more perverted will make stupid jokes, can't keep his mouth shut and will get into trouble, thinks of enemys as an annoying objecty that needs to be thrown out of the way. Will get mad for no good reason, really handsy, and will sing songs out off tune or some aren't even really songs.

Appearance: Dark blue short and very messy hair, a small nose that points slightly downward.Round face and light green eyes. Ears poking outward. A very red face and slightly sun-burnt body. Simple short white sleeve shirt with a red star on the left shoulder, under a blue yellow lined sleeveless button up jacket, with a ocean wave pattern on the bottom, that reaches to just above his knees. Long dangly arms that have a few fairly-sized muscles. A scar he recieved before he was seven that wraps in a spiral around his right hand twice, but he wears a glove that covers it but not totally because the second twist is still visible. Black pants with black and white boots with three buckles on each boot and they actually make him look 6" taller than he really is. Carries a large bazooka on his back, strap around chest. A sword on his belt and two gourd shaped canteens one with water, one wiith rum.

Biography:

Vince Owens was an orphan who couldn't remember anything about his life before he was 7, but he did he has always wanted to go out on the sea for as long as he could remember, when he was around 10, Vince heard about a pirate ship supposedly heading for the Grand Line. He quickly stowed away in the ship. While waiting he began to get sea-sick he began tripping on the storage around him he opened a crate he thought was medicine. He began drinking. A few minutes later he began feeling dizzy, not sick anymore but tipsy.He noticed the crate was filled with rum and he looked at the others and saw a crate label "Very Dangerous!" Now a combination of curiosity and booze leads Vince to open the crate.... A few hours later Owens came tumbling out of the cargo hold dodging pirates ...he was drunk and holding a bazooka the pirates had apparently stolen from a Marine base. Tumbling through series of silly twists and turns, and explosions, he manages to escape.

Only when he sobers up does he find he is still at Lougetown, the ship hadn't even left the dock yet. Luckily for him the pirates had to leave before they could find him. After that he decided it would be easier to try to earn his own ship no matter how small.So for the next year he became a rum runner and pick-pocketed here and there. When he was 11 he eventually earned enough to get a simple sloop, but he didn't buy it immediately. He realized he wouldn't be able to get to the Grand Line with a small sloop. Before he thought about leaving he needed a way to defend himself so he went to a shop and looked for a sword. He bought the one he thought was best and kept it in a large bag with the bazooka he found on the pirate ship. Later, when he went to buy his sloop it turned out someone else already had and was about to leave port with it. Angry that what he believed was his ship, he quickly jumped on and stole it. Obviously he couldn't go to the Grand Line in a sloop so he began searching East Blue to find a crew. He began by sailing to Shell Island.
