Traits or Abilities Granted: The ability to generate and manipulate light by thought alone. Because of this ability Maxwell can easily create illusions, blacken the sky, blind his enemies, or even concentrate rays of light to burn anything. Naturally, Maxwell's ability to concentrate light will burn clothes if exposed for a bit of time (Normally two posts), and his ability to blind will usually impair vision for a good bit also (One post of total blindness and two more fof impaired sight if focused and direct eye contact. If unfocused, simply two posts of impaired sight). Because of the speed and range of light, the range for his abilities is as far as he can see.
NOTE: At night time, all time to cause damage is increased by one post and all prolonging effects are shortened by one except for the one post of blindness.

Physical Appearance Changes (If Any): Maxwell's iris's shine a bright blue color. He also naturally glows in the dark.

Techniques:

Divine Appearance (Second Gear): Maxwell's entire body becomes illuminated and a bit transparent. You can see his veins, bones and bodily organs through his skin. This transformation is cause because his body has become a catalyst for more light to be produced and concentrated though. This transformation causes his light based attacks to become more powerful (If he has light focused, it acts as a laser. He could also unfocus the attack to become wider and isolate an entire ship, thus raising the temperature well over 200 degrees fahrenheit.) This form only lasts for four posts and after he comes out of this state, he can no longer withstand being conscious. He will pass out and will come back extremely weak within ten posts.

Divine Intervention:
I: At night, Maxwell can create artificial light in the sky. During the day time, Maxwell can strengthen the light of the sun to blind almost anyone (Last for ten posts and cool down is fifteen).
II: At night, Maxwell can generate artificial in the sky light to blind almost anyone. During the day, Maxwell can strengthen the light of the sun to produce light that causes second degree burns if exposed for a time of at most five minutes. (Three Posts)
NOTE: When ever this technique is activated, all time to cause damage is reduced by one post and all prolonging effects are lengthened by one.

Divine Weaponry:
I: Maxwell can generate light through his weapons or ammo, super heating them to well over 300 degrees fahrenheit and causing them to glow naturally. (Lasts until weapon is dropped or fired for more than one post and cool down is three posts)
II: Can create a sphere in the palm of his hands made of pure and concentrated light. He can re-shape and extend the weapon to whatever he wants, but the bigger the weapon, the less concentrated the light is thus losing power. When it is at spear length, is will destroy and cut clean through anything it touches. At a length of twenty meters, it will only catch things on fire. At a length of 50 meters it will only cause second degree burns. Any longer and at best it can only cause blindness.

This is just you explaining how he is capable of the second stage of Divine Weaponry. He can't "concentrate rays of light to burn anything" all the time, right?

He can do it when ever...Naturally he can magnify the light, the only difference is that without any tech or boosts it needs a bit more time of being exposed to cause any burns.

Then I am going to need to you to be more specific about how powerful your unaided light abilities are. How long it takes to concentrate the light to a damaging level, how long they may be blinded, etc.
