Traits or Abilities Granted: The Gust Gust Fruit allows the user to control the air currents around them and wind in general. However, being a Paramecia, the user cannot become the wind, only control it. Also, due to the naturally wild nature of the element, it takes a great deal of concentration to manipulate it. With this in mind, the element is generally focused around an object such as a sword or gun. When the wind is used on it's own it is often widespread and unfocused.

Physical Appearance Changes (If any): The users pupils disapear entirely giving the impression of blindness despite the fact that their eyes are in perfect working condition.

Techniques:

Blade of Wind - wind is manipulated around the user's palm or some sort of meele, such as a sword, increasing both the range of the edged strike and it's cutting power. If the air is manipulated around one's hand the effective range is 20 feet however should an edged weapon be used the maximum distance is increased to 35 feet. When used without a weapon as a channeling instruement the technique can cut through anything other than steel. When a weapon is used with the technique steel can be cut. ((can be used once per post.))

Wind Ride - by creating small vortexes of wind around one's ankles, the user is able to temporarily gain the power of flight. However, the vortexes can be easily disrupted by high velocity projectiles such as bullets. Flight cannot be sustained indefinately, the maximum amount of time possible is exactly 30 minutes (5 posts) once the limit has been reached it will take a short period of time to regain enough endurence to perform it again (3 posts)

Gust Wave - an utterly unfocused display of power, this attack merely sends forth a high powered wall of wind. It is powerful enough to move stalled ships however since it lacks the focus of the Blade of Wind if is not necessarily lethal. Also, due to the widescale of the technique, repeated use will quickly tire the user. This technique is quite powerful with the winds travelling upwards of 100 miles per hour and is thus capable of pushing back entire groups of opponents.

Looks good, but can you give is more information on the techniques.
With the Blade of Wind, can you give us a rough estimation on the increase in range?
For the Wind Ride, can the eater sustain flight for an indefinite amount of time or is there a limit?
Is the Gust Wave strong enough to blow men away?
Just simple details like this and you should be all set.

Now, the question is, am I the only approval needed or does Maxwell need to have a peek as well? It would probably be best, he has more experience with RP and One Piece.

You forgot to add in your first tech the cool down and also the duration of the tech. Also, how powerful is the tech? What can it cut through?

As for your second tech: Can it be used in other manners besides flight? Will it up your striking ability?

TECHNIQUE ADDITION!!!!!

Wusha Wusha Typhoon

Shaw's ultimate technique summons a massive tornado around him allowing almost unparalled manipulation of the surroundings. The tornado in positions so that Arthur is within he eye of the storm and therefore safe from harm. The funnel cloud is exactly 15 yards in diameter at it's base and extends half mile into the air. The winds produced travel at 350 miles per hour and are capable of uprooting entire buildings or tearing ships to pieces. Rather than cause random destruction as natural tornados do, the Wusha Wusha typhoon is concentrated on certain objects such as houses allowing Shaw to pick up galleon sized structures with pure winds and hurl them at his opponents. Essentially, Arthur becomes capable of taking on an entire army albeit very briefly. The tornado can be manifested for a maximum of ten minutes before disapating. It is Shaw's last resort and weakens him greatly, depriving him of even his most basic Wusha Wusha abilities for 24 hours as well as leaving him physically exhausted. *Lasts one post and requires 8 post cooldown but other wusha wusha abilities will be restored after 3 posts* The tornado requires a short period of time to manisfest (one post) and the tornado is entirely stationary. Because of this, Shaw must remain stationary within the eye of the storm to remain safe from injury.

The Typhoon is really hard to approve because it is basically a "Everything DIES!" kind of deal. Maybe if it was more concentrated and gave you control over throwing houses around instead of mass chaos I'd approve. But basically it's just everything goes to shit fuck.

Idea. Have it be one post where you can choose to rain down entire houses on anyone and everything. This'll be one of the few situations where one person could literally attack an army.

Shaw used Wusha Wusha Typhoon.
Send a house at Admiral A
Try to blow Emperor B into the sea.
Drop a dingy on Merman Z.
And so on.
And so on.
Therefore in one post attacking anyone you want dead with nigh undodgeable attacks.

That's a little bit better to explain from a game mechanics point of view.
