Appearance: tc. It is your basic katana shape, the blade length is 24 inches, width 1 inch and the hilt is 12 inches long. The hilt has a purple and gold design on it.

Weapon Techniques:

Devil's fury:A combo of five ferice and quick slashes in the blink of an eye currently cannot cut steel . Cooldown: 7 posts

Oni Sakura (demon sakura): Holsters the blade then with one powerful and fast slash slices at an opponent often used as a finisher and only used once per fight only reahces as far as the blade can go and cannot cut steel. Cooldown: N/A

I need a range for the techniques first. How are can that Oni Sakura reach? Or is it just the length of his sword that decides it? And give a rough estimation of it's power (i.e. can it cut through steel?)
