| Weapon Type: Oar
Materials Used: Hardwood, steel, seastone
Appearance: A large wooden oar measuring exactly five feet in length it has detailed engravings travelling up and down it's length accented with gold leaf. The shaft has a thin steel skin covering it allowing it to stand up to sword strikes. The head of the oar has a seastone edging for use against devil fruit users.
Weight & Speed: twelve pounds, medium speed.
How it is Holstered: The oar is strapped across Shaw's back when not in use, his thick coat protecting him from the effect of the seastone.
Weapon Techniques: On it's own the oar has no techniques to speak of, it only serves as a conduit for Shaw's already impressive Wusha Wusha abilities. Channeling his gusts along the edge of the oar increases the range of Arthur's Wind Blades and channeling the wind using the flat of the oar increases the power of his walls of wind bringing them to hurricane level speeds. All in all Shaw does not often require the use of this weapon as his unarmed powers sufffice. | |
