Traits or Abilities Granted:

Manipulation of all fire. He can use it as he wants, and can do anything that fire can. He can also see the gas, smoke, and fire in the air, and use it as his advantage. He cant, still, use this fire, that isnt his own. He can also use fire in small forms, like on needles and so on, helping him in medical stuff. He has got his own ways to heal people, and these are alot better than normal ones. He is also able to expel the fire from his body, creating bullets of fire, arrows of fire, fireballs, and so on.

He can also control the heat on his own fire. It can be 1000 °C, or 2000 °C and over. He has received the first part of his nick name "Fire Angel" from this ability. When he starts to fight with all his powers, wings of fire is sometimes appeared on his back. He can also heat his knife's blade, that is made from strange metal. Ill explain that later, in weapon section. When he does that, it will do alot more damage. Think about it little. Metal blade, that is over 200 °C hot, or actually, ALOT more, will be stabbed in you, and then the heat will burn you inside. Ouch.

He is also able to shoot these flames, creating chaos. He can use these around his fist, doing more damage, or send it in air, flying towards the enemy.

+ Wind boosts his flames.

+ He isnt affected by fire. (Cant be hurt with fire and so on.)

+ He can use his fire as he wants, and when he trains and he gets better; The strength will only rise.

- Of course, water can negate fire.

- Same for sand.

Techniques:

1. Hi Hi Pistol
In this technique, Jack uses his finger tips, to shoot bullets of fire. This technique can be very devastating if the bullets hits. They are not travelling as fast as real bullet, their speed is something around 1km / 5 sec. So you have to react quick. Jack can shoot twelve bullets, six from both hands, and then he have to wait two minutes, before using this technique again.
Cooldown: 2 Post = Two minutes, or if the enemy will wrote "After few seconds" it will be 1 post.

2. Hi Hi Explosion
This is a bit more devastating technique than last one. He can use only one of them in three posts, but its worth it. Jack puts his both arms forwards, and form a triangle from his thumbs and index fingers. When the enemy is inside of it, he need to say the name fast, and explosion will appear into that area. It will contain speed of 4000 m/s so the damage in the area will be huge. The most of the damage comes from fire.
Cooldown: Three Posts

3. Hi Hi BBQ
Jack uses his fire abilities to fire few arrows, usually two, towards the enemy. He can fire up to ten arrows, but if he fires so many, it will raise the cooldown. They look like some BBQ-sticks, and they can pierce a metal. This technique is used usually, to destroy a wall, but in fight, this is actually pretty useful.
Cooldown:
1 Arrow: No cooldown
2 Arrows: 1 post
3 Arrows: 2 post
4 Arrows: 3 post
And so on..

4. Hi Hi Smash
Jack raises the heat around his arm to 1500 °C and punches the enemy. Punch with Jack's strength, plus 1500 plus degrees, will give huge damage. Jack is seen to destroy even a building with this technique. This technique is too devastating, and it can cause damage to the people close to him. Usually, before using this Jack warns his allies.
Cooldown: Four posts.

5. Hi Hi Last Aid
Jack uses this in his medical stuffs. He heats his needles, and anything that is needed to be heated, so he can do his work better. Everyone of us knows that fire will kill bacteriums and so on. It can also help on fatal injuries. He uses his fire on his palm, to make burn marks on his patient, so the scar, or whatever it is, wont bleed. This has saved many lives, and this is the another part of "Fire Angel" nickname. Somepeople have called him Angel, just because of this.
Cooldown: Two posts.

This Devil Fruit is similar to Ace's. This is in violation of existing rules.
However, this case must be considered. The ability to manipulate fire is a generic superpower. Characters exist currently that can control the elements. They were just lucky that such generic abilities where not already used in the One Piece canon. Therefore, unless another Mod disagrees with me, I will approve.
