Personality: Kou is a kind person, when off duty. He is a happy and a little slow person, who is kind to everyone around him. He spends his time sleeping at high places. But when something involving criminals occurs near him, he becomes more serious. His mercy is only limited to innocent ones, so pirates will definitely die. However, Kou is a person, who believes on ''Moral luck''. That means, that he may forgive someone, if he makes good deeds. He tends to say, that if someone can make even one good deed, he/she still haves hope. Because of this, he needs a reason to kill someone, rather than doing missions without asking anything. Kou's sleepiness and eating habits came among his devil fruit, because it takes constantly drains his energy. He is a social person, not wanting to be alone or travel alone. He is always looking new friends on his journeys around the world. This started at the North Blue, where he met one blue haired boy at the hospital. Kou gathers experience at dangerously large rate, which would explain his high position at his age. Even though he isn't a clever and wisdom person, sometimes wisdom words come from his mouth.

Appearance: Kou's appearance is very young. He has a natural blue hair, which doesn't have a specific haircut. He just lets it to form itself. His eyes are dark blue, same color as his hair. His clothing has a different kind of blue tone in them. Kou wears a dark blue coat with some black leather straps on it. It ends at the upper part of his legs on the front, but continues past his legs from the back, like a cape. At the backside of his coat is written word ''Justice''. Kou is wearing bright blue trousers, which aren't too tight or too loose, making them perfect for fighting. He also wears dark blue boots, which look like black ones. Kou wears a black shirt under his coat, which is loose. He keeps his scythe on his pack and carries it with himself all the time. He also wears special weights around his ankles and wrists, but more about them on item section.

Biography: Kou was born in a small family. In his family, there were a mother, a father and a brother. His father was a marine officer and was away a lot. When Kou was three years old, his mother ran to the seas with her other child, wanting to become a pirate. Kou's father was shocked about this, saying, that he couldn't forgive her. He started to train Kou to become one of the marines. At the age of 15, he joined the marines to serve on his fathers ship, as he traveled around the world. Kou became stronger on their journeys, trying to become a vice admiral just like his dad.
His life changing experience happened at the North blue, when Kou was 18 years old. They were chasing dangerous pirate crew. When they finally caught them, it turned out, that Kou's mother was their captain. He also saw his own brother standing next to her. He had been promoted to their vice-captain. Kou's father and mother engaged into a fight, while Kou and his brother engaged into their own fight. They fight intensively, until both of them heard voices of two stabs. They stopped fighting to see, what it was. Both of their parents had made a finishing blow to themselves. Kou ran to his father, while Henry ran to his mother. They decided to go into different ways and swear, that they would finish their fight someday.
Kou found a village with a hospital and took his father there. They were unable to help him. Kou was depressed, not talking to anyone, until one kid with a long blue hair came to him. He was sorry about his father and succeeded to cheer him up. They became friends and even when Kou left that island, he had a feeling that they would meet someday. When he returned to the Navy's base, there was a surprise waiting him. He had been promoted to a vice-admiral, being only one of their crew, who survived from the encounter with his mother's pirate crew. As a graduation gift, he received a scythe and a sword hidden inside of it. Kou was sure, that his father was proud of him.
On the following years, he captured few famous pirates. The most notable case was a pirate called ''Redbeard''. When Kou was searching their ship, he found a strange fruit. He never had seen it before, but decided to eat it, thinking it as some kind of exotic fruit. After one bite, he spitted it immediately out because of it's bad taste. But he noticed more serious problems after that. Kou's actions were far more faster and he had to eat constantly to even stand up. Marines explained, that it was a devil fruit, which made its eater faster, but it caused huge amounts of strain on the users body. Kou received a special weights on his wrists and ankles to keep his speed at normal. His devil fruit was the final thing to raise his rank to an admiral, at the age of 20. Most of the marines envied him because of his young age.
Fighting Style: Kou uses his scythe and his sword as his primary weapons. When using the scythe, he uses many spinning moves with it, making it easy to block and attack at the same time. When using the sword, Kou uses the one sword style deadly, not making any vain movements. If not using any of these, which is extremely rare, he engages into a hand-to-hand combat. His hand-to-hand skills are highly above the average, almost at his level in scythe mastery. Kou also knows one Rokushiki move, Geppou, which allows him to lengthen his aerial time. He isn't very strategic person and he likes simple plans. These all combined with his devil fruit makes him dangerous.

Kousoku was looking for a place to sleep, again. There weren't very much good places to sleep in the desert, but it was the only place, where was night. On Las Noches were too much light. Way too much light. He sat againts one withered tree.
''This won't do it'' he thought while he stood up and began his searching again. He soon noticed something behind one hill of sand. He walked little closer to see, what was going on there and he couldn't believe his eyes. A shinigami, probably a captain, was standing on a White Sand Desert with a open Garganta next to him.
That would have been impossible, but even weirder things had happened on Kousoku's life as a hollow. And he wasn't even thinking that much. He was thinking one rule of the arrancars more than that sight.
''Always kill the intruders'', he thought while he jumped into a air. He grab his chain and pulled it out with one fast pull. He had attacked from the side, so the shinigami would have some time to react on the attack. Kousoku made the shuriken to spin and hurled it towards the shinigami. If the person would not dodge this (Which was very unlikely, considering that he is a captain), his head would be either crushed or sliced in half.
