Appearance: Think of two fully loaded Colt Magnums. Except it's a percussion cap pistol with clockwork mechanics that allows an easy reloading by simply inserting a bullet into a slot that directly allows rotation so to go into a barrel so for it to be shot. Making it a very primitive revolver yet effective and accurate.

Weight & Speed: It weighs one ton. Can fire off the rounds very quickly, depending on how the user pulls the trigger.

How it is Holstered: Hanging out on sash.

Weapon Techniques:
Royal Dodger: Fires a bullet that resembles a smily face, when it makes contact with an object it will implode with enough force to blow up an entire building the size of 40 feet, the implosion causes an explosion that is large, yet does not burn, it is more like a giant vortex that sucks in and crushes rather then incinerate.

Lupin Roar: Fires a massive beam out of the pistol that obliterates what it touches, the beam is as fast as a bullet, however is not totally undodgeable. Meant to penetrate steel.
