Crew
Every ship needs a captain. Most ships need more than one crewman. Through RP, one may gain or lose crewmen. A warship's current crew must recorded and kept updated. Until appropriate players can be found to fill any vital spots, it is assumed that either the captain handles the ship single-handedly, or nameless mariners oversee the hoisting of the sails, etc. Captains decide who their ship needs and who to accept. If one intends to join a crew, one must go through the captain in character.
